About Wayne

Raised in Wake County, I have deep roots in the community I proudly serve. After attending Wake County Public Schools, I graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Management.

My professional journey has always centered around people, leadership, and service. I began my career in the restaurant industry, working with local favorite Amedeo's Italian Restaurant and later becoming a franchise owner with Schlotzsky's Deli. Those experiences taught me the importance of customer service, communication, and building lasting relationships.

For more than 25 years, I served in public education as a Head Football Coach, Athletic Director, and Regional Curriculum & Instructional Management Coordinator. Throughout my career, I have led teams, developed programs, mentored students and staff, and helped individuals achieve their goals. These experiences shaped my belief that strong relationships, clear communication, and trust are the foundation of every successful outcome.

Today, I bring that same coaching mindset to real estate. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and over a decade as a licensed REALTOR® and Broker, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence.
