Organized, technically enabled, and with one of the best marketing attacks around. We interviewed a couple other agents when we decided to list our home, and the presentation (and subsequent execution) by Lee just blew everyone else out of the water.
We chose Lee to be our agent when he sold our neighbor's home in only six days (while the housing market was still in a slump). Two months later, he sold our home in only four days! Lee is very committed to his clients, making himself available weekends and holidays and answering calls and e-mails well outside of typical business hours. He made us feel like we were his only clients, but I'm sure his other clients felt the same way. He is an effective and creative negotiator: he worked tirelessly as both our seller's agent and buyer's agent to make deals happen quickly and resolve issues related to inspections, closings, etc. His recommendations on lenders, home stagers, movers, etc. were all excellent, and his effective use of technology (from iPad presentations and virtual tours to dedicated home websites and automated document signing) was extremely impressive and efficient. Most importantly, Lee is a man of character and integrity, and we are happy to call him a friend. He even loaned us his pickup truck during the move... that says a lot about his character.
