Morrisville is located in western Wake County, about fifteen miles from downtown Raleigh, and is made up of over twenty-one thousand residents. In 2016, ranked Morrisville the “Best Suburb to Live in North Carolina.”

Located in the heart of the Triangle, Morrisville is the midpoint between Raleigh and Durham, and affords its residents short commutes to Research Triangle Park. This central location also provides easy access to I-40, I-540, Highway 1, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the rest of the greater Research Triangle area. A nod to its central location and position as a global crossroads, the town of Morrisville updated its motto in 2016 to be “Live connected. Live well.” Perhaps as an extension of this motto, the town of Morrisville is also improving its infrastructure by installing fiber internet networks and by participating in a “green challenge” initiative to increase energy conservation and sustainability.

When you’re ready to relax, Morrisville has a wide array of dining, shopping, and recreational activities. Enjoy all three at one of the town’s newest shopping centers, Park West Village, which features restaurants, shops, a movie theater, and more. Or, discover North Carolina’s natural landscape and wildlife at one of Morrisville’s parks, such as Cedar Fork District Park or Crabtree Creek. If you happen to be looking for an adrenaline rush, explore one of the largest rock climbing centers in the Southeast, Triangle Rock Club. Or, if you have a thing for the sport of cricket, you’ll find the area’s only cricket league at Shiloh Park. A center of diversity, Morrisville holds the East Meets West festival every April, and the town boasts some of the best world cuisine in the area.

For connectivity, diversity, and a central location, Morrisville is top notch. To see more details on homes in Morrisville, and to view a list of all neighborhoods with available homes, consult the information below.
