Carolina Preserve is a 55+ community in Cary, North Carolina. Close to I-40 and I-540, Carolina Preserve is located in the center of the Triangle. Mostly made up of ranch-style homes, this large subdivision requires one full-time resident to be at least 55 years old, and does not allow permanent residents under the age of 19. 

 

Centered on an expansive clubhouse, called Bradford Hall, Carolina Preserve residents stay active and invigorated, enjoying features like a ballroom, library, and hobby studios. In addition to a wide variety of clubs, classes, and social events offered at the clubhouse, amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, bocce courts, tennis courts, putting green, and fitness gym. Surrounding trails take residents through the community, by a small lake, or to one of Cary’s many greenways. Plus, excellent cultural attractions, shopping, dining, and renowned medical centers are nearby, as is the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
