A desirable community inside the beltline, Budleigh is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, less than a mile from I-440 and just off U.S. 70, also known as Glenwood Avenue.

A well-established neighborhood, homes in Budleigh can date back as far as the 1920s, or have been constructed as recently as the 2000s. Though most properties have mature trees and pristine landscaping, no two homes look the same in this area. This community exudes unique charm, and couldn’t be better situated for those wishing to be minutes from lively downtown Raleigh. In addition to all that downtown has to offer, a number of shopping centers, including Cameron Village, Crabtree Valley, and North Hills, are nearby. For green space, Jaycee Park and Fred Fletcher Park are within walking distance—and the Carolina Country Club is steps away as well.

Find your unique home in the heart of Raleigh at Budleigh.
